Cops Hunting Home Depot Killer Wake Up Man in Dallas Creek Bed, Arrest Him After Death Threat

A 41-year-old man arrested in a creek bed near a Home Depot where two Dallas police officers were shot had nothing to do with the shooting but nonetheless threatened to kill more officers and tried to take an officer's rifle, authorities say.During the manhunt for the gunman, Christopher Lee Martinez was spotted from a police helicopter lying in a creek bed Tuesday afternoon behind the DART station at Forest Lane.   Continue reading...
