Rowlett officials soon hope to learn who is responsible for a mistake that cost the city nearly $500,000. And they also want to figure out how they will make up the loss.The problems started back in 2006 when the city, while planning for its future communication needs, paid $519,000 for half of 8.5 undeveloped acres at 8491 Schrade Road.
