Congress Grades Tillerson: Some Thankful Texan Is in Charge at State, But Others Have Concerns

WASHINGTON — Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said Tuesday that his view that the U.S. should remain in the Paris climate accord has "never changed," even after President Donald Trump this month withdrew from the deal he described as "draconian" and "unfair.And the former Exxon Mobil chief said that's just the way it is."I respect that the president heard my views," he told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
