Congress Goes to the Dogs — No Really, Actual Pups — to Celebrate the ‘pawlidays'

U.S. lawmakers set tongues -- and tails -- wagging Monday in Washington, D.C. when dogs from both sides of the aisle got together for a "howliday" party, which Texas Rep. Lamar Smith helped host."These little animals, they don't care about political parties, they just want to be happy and have fun and this place needs a little bit of that," Rep.
