Commercial Property Firm Moving to Dallas Cowboys' Star Project in Frisco

Commercial real estate firm ESRP is joining businesses headed to the Dallas Cowboy's new Star development in Frisco.The 5-year-old property services firm will move its headquarters this summer from Far North Dallas to the mixed-use development on the Dallas North Tollway.ESRP is taking about 11,000 square feet in the Star office building overlooking the Cowboys practice fields.The company has about 50 employees who will be moving to the new location."Making The Star our new home is an easy choice," ESRP CEO Sharon Morrison said in a statement. "Surrounded by some of the world's most renowned corporations making significant investments in Texas, we'll have an unprecedented opportunity to collaborate with new and existing clients."Along with the Dallas Cowboys, office tenants in the building include Bank of America, PlainsCapital Bank and FM Global.The 91-acre project also includes of retail, restaurants and the Ford Center sports facility."ESRP exemplifies the type of fast-growing, forward-thinking businesses relocating here," Cowboys chief operating officer Stephen Jones said.  Continue reading...
