Collin Creek Mall Sale Cost Lenders Almost $50 Million in Losses

Lenders who recently sold Plano's struggling Collin Creek Mall suffered a huge loss.The 325,000-square-foot enclosed retail center sold in December for around $25 million to Centurion Development Group.Centurion Development Group in related transactions also purchased three department stores and other properties at the 37-year-old mall on U.S. Highway 75.  Continue reading...
