Cold Front Could Bring Snow, Sleet to Dallas-Fort Worth

A gusty cold front will roll in Thursday, possibly bringing snow and sleet to parts of Dallas-Fort Worth. The front will make its way into the area Thursday morning, but it will blow through quickly thanks to 20 to 30 mph winds, said Patricia Sanchez, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service. The heavier bands of the system could drop snow and sleet, but its hard to know where exactly those bands might hit, Sanchez said. Temperatures will hover in the upper 30s and lower 40s, but the strong winds will make it feel about 10 degrees colder.   Continue reading...
