Cold and Windy With a Chance of Snow

A strong cold front will arrive Thursday sending temperatures tumbling. In fact, it will start in the 50s in the morning and drop into the 30s in the afternoon with wind chills in the 20s. There is a slight chance for light snow or sleet Thursday afternoon, so stay tuned. Light accumulation is possible, but with winds expected to be near 30 mph the bands of wintry weather will move fast. Any accumulation isn't expected to impact travel.Temperatures will drop below freezing Thursday night into Friday morning.The weekend looks dry and cold.
