A lawsuit accuses the Boys & Girls Club of Arlington of negligence after a 12-year-old girl with mental disabilities was allegedly sexually assaulted by another child at the after school program last year. A petition filed last week alleges that the girl was getting a drink of water unsupervised at the club in April 2016 when a 13-year-old boy, who also has mental disabilities, "ordered the minor plaintiff into the restroom. While in the restroom, the male student again ordered the minor plaintiff to pull down her pants ...and sexually assaulted the minor plaintiff," WFAA-TV (Channel 8) reports. Continue reading...
