Chicago Law Firm Grows Dallas Office With Uptown Lease

International law firm Winston & Strawn LLP is moving its offices to a new building in Dallas' booming Uptown district.Winston & Strawn has leased two floors of offices in the new Park District high-rise complex under construction at Pearl Street and Klyde Warren Park.The legal firm will lease 56,000 square feet in the office tower at Park District, which is a project of Trammell Crow Co. and MetLife.Winston & Strawn will move into the building in the second quarter.It joins PriceWaterhouse Coopers as a major tenant in the 500,000-square-foot office tower."As we near completion of Park District, we are honored that Winston & Strawn selected Park District as the location for its Dallas office," Scott Krikorian, senior managing director with Trammell Crow, said in a statement. "Park District will offer Winston and all other tenants the most prestigious home in North Texas, and the highest quality amenities in the market, all at the doorstep of Klyde Warren Park."Winston & Strawn is moving from 2501 N. Harwood near the entrance to the Dallas North Tollway.Designed by Dallas' HKS, Park District also includes a 34-story, 228-unit luxury residential tower and 13,000 square feet of retail space. "We are confident that Park District is the perfect location for the Winston's growing Dallas presence," Krikorian said.The project sits on the three-acre block fronting on Klyde Warren Park.Dennis Barnes, Clay Gilbert, Shannon Brown, Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis, Neal Puckett and Nancy Pacher with CBRE negotiated the Winston & Strawn lease.Winston & Strawn opened its Dallas office in early 2016.
