Cedar Hill Food Pantry Executive Director Retiring as The Dallas Morning News Charity Expands

CEDAR HILL — For nearly three decades, Gene Sims and the nonprofit food pantry she runshave helped feed the residents of this southern Dallas suburb.But the end of the year will mark the end of the line for Sims as executive director of Cedar Hill Shares.
