A 56-year-old man was gunned down while leaving his Carrollton apartment early Tuesday morning.Police said Jose Ruiz Miguel was fatally shot shortly before 5:45 a.m. in front of The Place at Saddle Creek Apartments at 3420 Country Square Dr. He was transported to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano where he was pronounced dead.Authorities said a suspect is in custody and they believe there was a personal dispute between the suspect and the victim, but the investigation is ongoing.
