California Investor Teams Up With Dallas Builder on Two New Prosper Neighborhoods

A North Texas homebuilder has teamed up with California investor to build two new Prosper neighborhoods.Grenadier Homes has formed a joint venture with Los Angeles-based Resmark Cos. to build the projects in the Windsong Ranch development on U.S. Highway 380.Grenadier and Resmark plan to build 198 homes in the 6-year-old Windsong Ranch in two separate locations.  Continue reading...
