Buyer of $12 Million Highland Park Mansion Gets Jerry Jones as a Neighbor

Another home has changed hands in Highland Park's golden corridor along Exall Lake -- this one at the bargain price of about $12 million. Jimmy Westcott just closed on the sale of her 14,000-square-foot mansion at 4850 Preston Road to an undisclosed buyer. The house sits south of the Dallas Country Club and Highland Park Village and just north of the estate of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.In one of those only-in-Texas tales, the mansion briefly belonged to former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher's daughter-in-law, Diane.
