A burglary suspect and a resident were wounded in a shootout overnight at an east Oak Cliff apartment complex, police said. Officers were dispatched to the 3550 block of East Overton Road, near Interstate 45, about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday. The men fired at each other when one of them tried to get into a unit through a window, police said. They were transported to a hospital. Their conditions are not known. Continue reading...
