You think it's chilly now? By the time we roll into New Year's Eve, the low 40s we're enduring in North Texas on Tuesday might seem like a fond memory. The National Weather Service predicts the temperature in Dallas will plunge to the low 20s by Sunday night.The New Year's Day forecast calls for a high near 31.It's too soon to say whether the cold front will bring any rain or snow as we usher in 2018, said Juan Hernandez, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Fort Worth.Regardless, you'll have to really bundle up if you'll be out and about for New Year's Eve festivities.
