Wall prototypes to be constructed this summer, border patrol saysA U.S. Customs and Border Protection official said Tuesday that the agency aims to start construction on border wall prototypes by the end of summer.The border patrol has reallocated $20 million to begin wall planning and fund construction of four to eight prototypes.
