Border Agents in Texas Find Drugs, AK-47, $10,000 Under Seat of Woman's Pickup

Border agents seized drugs, an AK-47 pistol and more than $10,000 in cash last week from a pickup at the Presidio border crossing last week. Customs and Border protection officers stopped a 29-year-old American woman driving a truck. The driver was accompanied by a 17-year-old male Mexican citizen. Officers inspected the vehicle and discovered an AK-47 under the driver's seat along with 47 rounds of ammunition. The pair also had $10,414 in cash, along with several packets containing a total of 10.3 grams of cocaine.   Continue reading...
