A body was recovered Sunday afternoon from the water in Lake Highlands, officials say. Someone called 911 about 2:50 p.m. after spotting the body in the Jackson Branch of White Rock Creek near the 6900 block of Skillman Street, according to Dallas Fire-Rescue.Dallas police were also called to the location.
