A body was found floating under a bridge in an Oak Cliff creek Tuesday morning, authorities said. Spokesman Jason Evans with Dallas Fire-Rescue said the department received a call around 11:24 a.m. from a man who said he found the body after smelling a foul odor near Fivemile Creek in the area of 2200 W.
