Billingsley Plans Farmers Branch Warehouse Project

Developer Billingsley Co. is planning a fifth building in its successful Mercer Crossing business park in Farmers Branch.The 225-acre industrial park is located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35E and LBJ Freeway.Billingsley bought the land in 2013 and has been building warehouses on the property.The Dallas-based developer has filed plans with Farmers Branch to construct a 175,000-square-foot office and industrial building at 2261 Morgan Parkway just west of I-35E."The building is proposed to be used primarily for office/warehouse uses, and is designed for flexibility which could accommodate a single tenant or several tenants," according to Farmers Branch's planning department staff.Billingsley has built more than 1 million square feet of industrial space at Mercer Crossing.The business park is east of the developer's hugely successful Cypress Waters mixed-use development at LBJ Freeway and Belt Line Road.  Continue reading...
