Billingsley Kicks Off New Office Campus Project in Plano

Developer Billingsley Co. has started work on the first two buildings in a new Plano office campus.The project is located near the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Bush Turnpike in the International Business Park."This one took a while to get off the ground - we had it designed almost a year ago," said Billingsley Co. partner Lucy Burns.
