Big Coworking Center Coming at Plano's Legacy Central Campus on U.S. 75

A deal with an international coworking company has taken one of Plano's largest new office campuses to more than 50 percent leased.Spaces has rented more than 48,000 square feet of space for a major shared office center in the Legacy Central project on U.S. Highway 75.Spaces - a unit of Amsterdam-based International Workplace Group - plans to open the new office this summer, officials with Legacy Central developer Regent Properties say.  Continue reading...
