Bank of America Pledges $1 Million to Bush Institute Leadership Programs

Bank of America is pledging an additional $1 million to Dallas-based George W. Bush Institute for leadership development programs targeting global health, economic opportunity, education reform, military support and women's initiatives. The institute, which is hosting its second Forum on Leadership today, will use the money for its school leadership and scholars initiatives, veterans programs, First Ladies Initiative and Team 43 Sports, which is President George W. Bush's wounded warriors advocacy organization. Bank of America, the second largest bank in Texas, previously committed $2.4 million to the institute's programs.
