Authorities Searching for Vehicle That Fatally Struck Woman on I-30 Near Downtown Dallas

The Dallas County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in finding a vehicle that fatally struck a woman last month on Interstate 30 near downtown.Investigators believe the incident took place sometime between 8 p.m. Feb. 22 and midnight at westbound I-30 near the Jefferson Boulevard Viaduct. Investigators believe the victim, 45-year-old Theresa Conerly, was either crossing westbound I-30 or walking along the highway's left shoulder. Authorities did not provide a description of the vehicle but think it will have damage on the left side including the front left quarter panel and rear-view mirror.  Continue reading...
