Atmos Shuts Off Gas to 2 Oak Cliff Schools After Leak Is Detected

Atmos Energy shut off gas service to two north Oak Cliff schools on Wednesday after a gas leak was reported in the area.KDFW-TV (Channel 4) reported that crews were working to repair the leak near Hector P. Garcia Middle School and Trinity Basin Preparatory, near North Ewing Avenue and East Eighth Street.Students remained in class Wednesday.Atmos did not give an estimate for when the leak would be repaired.  Continue reading...
