Asian Mint founder and chef Nikky Phinyawatana stood in the back, smiling. Her restaurant on Forest Lane was packed. But this time, the guests weren't there just for dining. They watched a stylish fashion show hosted by former Dallas Cowboy Isaiah Stanback. The show included his wife and young daughter.Phinyawatana tapped many sponsors and friends to help with the fundraiser to benefit Genesis Women's Shelter.
