As Early Voting Starts, Gates and Miller Sharpen Attacks on Each Other in North Dallas Race

Dallas City Council member Jennifer Staubach Gates and her challenger, former Mayor Laura Miller sharpened their attacks on each other in their second formal debate late Monday.On the first day of early voting, about 150 people turned up for the showdown in the high-profile race in council District 13, which stretches across northern Dallas.
