Armed Felon Accused of Dealing K2 From House Near an Elementary School in East Texas

An armed felon in East Texas was arrested Tuesday for dealing K2 from a house near an elementary school. Robert Criswell, 34, was taken into custody after officers searched a house in the 200 block of Hummingbird Lane in Lufkin, about 30 miles south of Nacogdoches, police said. The scene is two blocks from Brookhollow Elementary School. Authorities launched an investigation into Criswell after numerous complaints from neighbors and Crime Stoppers tips. Officers found 15 ounces of K2, less than an ounce of marijuana, assorted drug paraphernalia, an undisclosed amount of cash and a Cobra .380 pistol with a magazine, Lufkin police said.
