Arlington Police Fire Officer Who Fatally Shot Man Driving Away From Traffic Stop

Arlington police have fired Bau Tran, the officer who shot and killed 24-year-old O'Shae Terry during a September 2018 traffic stop, officials announced Friday afternoon.Police said an investigation into Terry's death revealed that Tran had violated city and department administrative policies. The violations stem from Tran's actions before he shot Terry. Tran may appeal the findings of the investigation.  Continue reading...
