Arlington Police Find Cash, Marijuana Blowing Around in Street, Make 2 Arrests After Standoff

Arlington police stumbled across cash and marijuana blowing free after a shooting call over the weekend that led to two arrests.Officers were called around 2 a.m. Saturday to the 700 block of Turnstone Drive after receiving a report that a man had been wounded in a shooting.
