A recent research request sent me through dozens of folders marked "Southern Methodist University." Among a particular set of folders marked 1 of 2, 2 of 2, surfaced a Paula Nelson image from 1986 renovations of SMU's Moody Coliseum.Paula's coverage of the renovations offers an interesting look inside the bones of a venue that opened in 1956. Sixty-one seasons after the opening, the SMU Mustangs men's basketball team is 22-4 so far this season and is 19th in the AP Top 25 national rankings. Continue reading...
