Apartments Get Funding for Allen Mixed-use Project

Developers have received funding to start the next phase of an Allen mixed-use project.Dallas-based Berkadia said that it has arranged a $47.23 million construction loan for the Stacy Pointe apartments, which are part of the 73-acre Stacy Green development on U.S. Highway 75.Started last year, Stacy Green will include retail and restaurant buildings, apartments, offices, a hotel and movie theater on the southwest corner of U.S. 75 and Stacy Road.
