West Plano's Legacy business park has been one of North Texas' hottest commercial investment markets in the last year.Investors have recently acquired more than a half dozen Legacy office properties.Now, another building in the booming commercial district has hit the market.The 5-story Platinum Park office building on Tennyson Parkway near the Dallas North Tollway was built in 2017 by Dallas' Stream Realty partners.The 166,424 square foot building is fully leased to tenants including Hewlett Packard, BroadSoft and CMI Group.Dallas architect Corgan designed the building, and Stream Realty has plans to build a second office tower next door with more than 10 floors.CBRE has been hired to sell the Platinum Park building.The building is located just south of the $3 billion Legacy West development, which houses offices for Toyota, Liberty Mutual Insurance, JPMorgan Chase and FedEx Office.Other recent sales in the same area include the former Electronic Data Systems campus, the Lincoln Legacy One and Two buildings and the Parkside on Legacy building.
