American Airlines, Apple Team Up for Free In-flight Music Streaming

American Airlines is partnering with Apple Music to give passengers access to millions of songs during their flights, the latest salvo in an ongoing race by carriers to improve on-board media offerings.American's arrangement will allow Apple Music customers to access the service for free using in-flight wireless internet. Those without an Apple Music account can sign up onboard to receive free access for three months.The free Apple Music streaming will be available Feb. 1 on aircraft equipped with high-speed satellite WiFi.American and other airlines have been investing heavily in new free options for passengers to entertain themselves with during a flight.  Continue reading...
