Amber Alert: Pregnant Texas 16-year-old Was Kidnapped by Boyfriend, Police Say

A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for a pregnant 16-year-old from South Texas who authorities believe was kidnapped by her boyfriend.Ashley Fernandez was last seen around 3 p.m. Friday in Laredo.The girl's mother told police that her daughter's boyfriend, 19-year-old Arturo Medrano-Limas, showed up at their home that day and demanded that Ashley come outside.
