Amber Alert: 6-year-old Waxahachie Boy Is Believed to Be With Non-custodial Parent

Waxahachie police are looking for a missing 6-year-old boy who they believe was abducted Thursday.Authorities issued an Amber Alert, saying that Phillip Oliver "Ollie" Wiedeman is believed to be in grave or immediate danger.Police said Ollie was last seen about 4 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of West Franklin Street. He is described as a white male who is 4 feet tall, 50 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes, and he was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt, tan shorts and tan shoes.Officials believe he is with 46-year-old Candace Rochelle Harbin, who police said is the boy's non-custodial parent.
