Amazon Employee Arrested in Texas for Snapchat Threat, Police Say

An Amazon employee was arrested on a terroristic threat charge after police said he posted a photo on Snapchat of three rifles with the caption, "DON'T GO TO AMAZON TOMORROW."Joshua Logan Hawkins, 19, worked at the Amazon warehouse in San Marcos, about a 20 mile drive from Lockhart, where police say he lived.Lockhart police got a call Friday about Hawkins' Snapchat message. Police observed a copy of the Snapchat from a witness, and then obtained a warrant for Hawkins' arrest and a search warrant for his residence.
