Allen police fatally shot a man while responding to a domestic disturbance call Thursday afternoon.Police said while officers were at the scene in the 200 block of South Arbor Road about 4:30 p.m., the man came out of the house while firing shots at officers, KXAS-TV (NBC5) reports. At least one officer returned fire, striking the man, according to various news reports. He was taken to a hospital where he died soon after. His name has not been released.
