Allen Mixed-use Project Ramps Up Retail Leasing

Developers of a mixed-use project on the way in Allen's busy U.S. Highway 75 corridor aren't wasting any time.The 73-acre Stacy Green development will fill the last vacant corner at U.S. 75 and Stacy Road.Allen's city council gave the go-ahead for the project back in October.And now leasing agents are busy rounding up tenants for the retail portion of the project.More than a dozen retail and restaurant buildings are planned in the first phase of Stacy Green, lining up along U.S. 75 and Stacy Road.  Continue reading...
