Allen Apartment Project Gets $55.5 Million in Funding to Kick Off Construction

Developers have secured $55.5 million in funding to build a new Allen apartment community.Sovereign Properties is building the Dolce Twin Creeks phase two project on the west side of U.S. Highway 75 near McDermott Drive.BridgeInvest provided a $45.5 million loan for the project and Cottonwood Communities Inc. - a real estate investment trust - has committed up to $10 million in financing for the project.  Continue reading...
