Aldi to Offer Online Grocery Shopping in Dallas Through Instacart

Aldi doesn't want to be left of the online grocery shopping trend that appears to be finally catching on with U.S. consumers.It's partnering with on-demand service Instacart to deliver groceries to its customers in Dallas, Atlanta and Los Angeles in what it's calling a pilot program.Starting later this month, Aldi customers will access the service online using Instacart's technology and personal shoppers will fill and deliver orders from Aldi stores.In Dallas, Instacart also delivers from Kroger, Whole Foods, Central Market, Tom Thumb, Petco, Costco, Natural Grocers, CVS and Snap Kitchen.Twitter: @MariaHalkias  Continue reading...
