Alabamans Vote Their Conscience and the Winner Is the Republican Party

The Republican Party narrowly escaped disaster Tuesday, when Alabama voters - led by Republicans with courage and common sense - put Roy Moore's odious campaign for the Senate out of its misery, and out of ours.We're deeply grateful, both for the party's sake and for the country's. Democrat Doug Jones is not the candidate most conservatives had wanted to represent deep-red Alabama in the Senate.
