Sign up for our newsletters here.Islamic State claims responsibility, suspect arrested in Ariana Grande concert bombingA 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an apparent suicide bombing in England outside an Ariana Grande concert, which the Islamic State group claims was carried out by one of its members.The suspect, who was not identified, was arrested in south Manchester Tuesday, a day after the explosion that killed at least 22 people and injured more than 50. Twelve children under the age of 16 were among those injured.The attacker died at the arena, police said.
