After Dipping to 27 Degrees, Is Dallas-Fort Worth Done With Freezes for the Season?

Not a fan of the cold weather North Texas has been having? You may be in luck. Temperatures dropped to 27 degrees at DFW International Airport on Wednesday morning, but that's the last time this week that it's expected to get that chilly. "The worst of the cold is over" for the week, KXAS-TV (NBC5) meteorologist Samantha Davies said.High temperatures are expected to rise into the 70s by Thursday afternoon and stay there through Saturday, Davies said.
