An accident Friday afternoon involving multiple vehicles, including an 18-wheeler, has closed several lanes of eastbound Interstate 30 in Mesquite.The crash, on I-30 near Northwest Highway, caused the truck to spill fuel on the roadway, leading to major delays, Mesquite Police Department spokesman Lt.
