82-year-old Haltom City Motorcyclist Dies After Crash on Fort Worth Freeway

A motorcyclist died from his injuries after crashing into another vehicle and a concrete barrier in Fort Worth on Monday night.The wreck was reported around 9:45 p.m. in the 2100 block of North South Freeway near downtown Fort Worth.Hung Quang La, 82, of Haltom City was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital, where he died from blunt force injuries just after 10 p.m., according to the Tarrant County medical examiner's office.Police told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that the motorcyclist had driven across three lanes of traffic before striking the other vehicle, then the barrier.  Continue reading...
