72-year-old Man With Cognitive Issues Missing Since Monday From Lake Highlands

Dallas police are searching for a 72-year-old man who has been missing since Monday morning.Clarence Lorentz Smith was last seen around 8 a.m. in the 9000 block of White Rock Trail in Lake Highlands. He is described as white, about 5-feet-8 and 148 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.No description of his clothing was available.Smith has cognitive issues and may need assistance.Anyone with information should call 911 or the Dallas Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at 214-671-4268.  Continue reading...
