The Dallas Police Department is searching for a 69-year-old man with cognitive disorders who has been missing since Thursday.Prescott Hogquist was last seen around noon May 9 in the 3400 block of Kingbridge Street in West Dallas. He has dementia and may be in need of assistance, police said.Hogquist is white, about 5-feet-8 and 185 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, tan pants and black tennis shoes. Anyone with information should call 911 or the Dallas Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at 214-671-4268.
