5 Teens Among 6 Injured in Mountain Creek Crash

Six people were hospitalized Friday afternoon after a major crash in Mountain Creek, fire officials said. At least two vehicles were involved in the accident that happened about 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of Mountain Creek Parkway and Merrifield Road, Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans said. One vehicle had five teenagers, three males and two females, inside. The other had a husband and wife. Firefighters had to extricate one person from each of the damaged vehicles. Everyone except the husband was hospitalized, however, he rode in the ambulance with his wife, Evans said. The extent of their injuries was not available.   Continue reading...
