Six people were hospitalized Friday afternoon after a major crash in Mountain Creek, fire officials said. At least two vehicles were involved in the accident that happened about 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of Mountain Creek Parkway and Merrifield Road, Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans said. One vehicle had five teenagers, three males and two females, inside. The other had a husband and wife. Firefighters had to extricate one person from each of the damaged vehicles.
